Do you want to capture Iceland's most iconic natural wonders through your lens? This one-day photography tour along Iceland's south coast will take you on an in-depth exploration of the stunning sights along the coastline, making it the perfect choice for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers. Departing from the capital, Reykjavik, we will travel east along the South Coast Golden Circle to explore: Seljalandsfoss Waterfall – Walk behind the waterfall for a unique shot of the water curtain. Skógafoss Waterfall – Layers of mist and sunshine create a dreamlike scene, with rainbows often appearing. Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach – A visual feast of basalt columns and the powerful waves crashing against the shore. A view of the town of Vik – Capture Iceland’s most poetic church and coastline. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Free Cancellation: If the client cancels 21 days or more before the departure date, the deposit will be fully refunded. Partial Refund: If the client cancels between 7 and 20 days before the departure date, the service provider will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost, and the remaining deposit will be refunded. Non-Refundable: If the client cancels within 7 days before the departure date, the deposit will not be refunded. Church Wedding Service Terms: Once the church and officiant booking is confirmed and payment is completed, this portion of the fee is non-refundable. If there is a need to change the shooting date due to special circumstances, the client may apply for a reschedule. This is subject to confirmation from the church, officiant, and photographer regarding the new schedule. Accommodation-Related Services: For multi-day services involving accommodation arrangements (especially photographer's accommodation), the cancellation and refund policy will strictly follow the cancellation terms of the booked hotel. Please Note: The Arctic Echoes will not be held responsible for cancellations due to illness, flight cancellations, visa rejections, or other reasons preventing travel. Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance prior to departure to mitigate risks and losses from uncontrollable circumstances. Cancellation Due to Weather: If inclement weather (such as official warnings, storms, or other force majeure factors) causes the shoot to be unable to proceed, the service provider will prioritize rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible due to actual circumstances, the service provider will deduct 3% of the total fee as an administrative fee, and the remaining deposit will be refunded. Visa Assistance Documentation: After the client has paid the deposit, if they require visa assistance, the company can provide supporting documents for visa applications. To request this service, please provide the client’s full name and passport number in advance so that we can prepare the necessary materials promptly.
